Right on, Carol, as they used to say. One should add, however, the cautionary reminder that over a period of five to ten years it is possible to start producing weapons-grade plutonium from special reactors that are not under IAEA safeguards. All the more reason to bring Iran back into NPT compliance, rather than pushing them out of it with monolithic policies.
